3-Day Cancellation Rule
My new electricity company mentioned it in its email,
“I understand that if my enrollment involves a switch request, I have a time period of three (3) federal business days to review my terms of service with BKV Energy and to rescind it without penalty. After the three (3) federal business day time period has ended, I understand that I may be subject to pay an early termination fee if I cancel my agreement before the end of my contracted term. You may call us to rescind 1-855-258-4797, fax us at 713-893-6012, or email us at support@bkvenergy.com to rescind your terms of service.”
I’ve seen many providers mention it in their emails.
I did it once before by calling to cancel w/o penalty within 3 days.
