According to Texas-Power-Guide,
this plan has a “below the average” rate among “long-term” plans.
(attached graphic stated “18-mo Avg” at 7.9)
If I want peace of mind with a not-bad plan, I’ll take it.

On the other hand, it will cover two summers.
That’s the “chance” we could grab good plans to save some money.
But under the current situation, probably not the first summer. :)
