Normally, there’s no good short-term plan in June, July, and August.
It’d take another month to drop down significantly after August.
So, I’d suggest also avoiding September, when planning the switch.
Rates might heat up quickly in May, before it’s gone in June.
Avoid June, July, and August.
Better also avoid May and September, if you can.
